1. The purpose of the Apple website is to inform buyers on specific products and their intended uses. They provide many services as well as added information for customers. You can buy products directly from the site or book an appointment to speak with someone in an apple store near you.

1. The intended audience are those looking to buy an apple product or those that need more information on the products.

4. Do you think that the site reaches its intended audience? Who or why not? 

1. I think that the site does reach its intended audience. People typically go in person or to their service provider to purchase, but the site is accessed by tons of people that it is intended to serve. 

5. Is the site useful to you? Why or why not? 

1. The site has been useful to me in the past and has the ability to always be helpful to me because I own apple products. If I would like to purchase or have more information about anything I have from them, their website answers a lot of my questions. They even have a tech support accompanying website that directly answers most of my questions I have had about their products. 

6. Does the site appeal to you? Why or why not? Consider the use of color, images, multimedia, organization, and ease of navigation.

1. This site definitely does a good job of being appealing. I can immediately see all their product offerings knowing I can click and find more information. I also can see promotionals, the button to see a specialist, and select the menu all on the front page. It is easy to navigate and is not too cluttered. 

7. Would you encourage others to visit the site? Why or why not?

1. If someone was considering buying a product or had any questions about their products, I would definitely suggest using their site as it has been very helpful and is so easy to use to find more information.

8. How could this site be improved?

1. I think that their site could be a bit more improved with the menu being a bit larger, having a little more of an organized top layer underneath the menu so that knowing how to set an appointment is very clear. Most people are on the site to buy or get an appointment so those two options need to be very apparent. Having the ability to see promotionals and more of their products is also very important from a marketing aspect.
